OPO Health is a wonderful resource especially for seniors. I first met with Prince Villanueva who was friendly, very helpful and very willing to hear what my concerns were about my 90 year old mom who was recovering from a subdural hematoma. Prince jumped right on our situation and lined up really good health professionals to start working with my mom. Big shout outs to Gurpreet (OT) , Tiffany (PT) and Theresa (ST) for all their time and supportive help - especially when health issues came up during the course of their treatment services. These professionals were all very nice, helpful, instructive, and caring about what they did in their work with my mom. My mom enjoyed working with them even though it was tiring at times. Prince coordinated all of these services and we are truly grateful for his expertise as well. And the nurses were also very nice and helpful. Big mahalos OPO Health for your support!

Absolutely outstanding, professional, caring, detail, oriented experience from the physical therapist we worked with, Geoff, after knee surgery. The CEO was also very responsive in scheduling and communicating with us.

OPO Health and Prince really go above and beyond. They provided such attention to our mother who had dementia, and were so supportive to us. They kept us in the loop, made sure she had the right equipment and care. I can't say enough about the high level of care and service they provide!

I was in need of a home health provider for an elderly family member. Having had other health care in the past, and never being fully satisfied. So I did research and landed on OPO health. Before hiring any I wanted to do a phone interview. Phone was answered by the owner Prince. He took his time, was patient, answered all of my concerns from previous home health providers and even suggested solutions if I had the same problems. He gave me his direct number, the few times I had questions he responded immediately. The attentiveness was outstanding. As was the PT and OT, not only was the care and results great. They were on time, the care was compassionate and complete. The one and only time a OT had to change a schedule, I was notified far in advance and the replacement visit was scheduled at that time. I could go on but this is the best I can say. If my family member ever is in need of home health care. I will go directly to OPO health.

OPO Health came in to support my daughter following brain surgery with PT and OT services. The practitioners were superior in their respective areas of expertise and were compassionate and emphatic in their delivery of services. Thank you Opo Health for taking care of my grandma. After she was hospitalized at UCSF with an aortic valve replacement, her blood pressure was unstable. It was off the charts with the inability to get up and walk. Over a 4 week span, their team kept checking in periodically to adjust her medication along side with physical therapy which helped her recover immediately. I am so grateful for their kind heart and dedication.

We have had a fabulous experience with OPO Health from the first call from the hospital to Prince to the follow-up appointments from the wonderful caring team. Frances is super awesome, very thorough and caring. My dad looks forward to her visits since she is so positive and full of life. Henry is an incredible PT who is so gentle yet persuasive in ensuring that my dad does all the exercises. Antonio has been a wonderful aide, kind and caring and ensuring that dad is safe when he showers.

We're very impressed with Ms. Frances's professionalism, efficiency, and kindness. Traits that one must possess if they are to be in the healthcare industry. She was very thorough in explaining wound care, diet, and exercise to insure the soonest possible time for healing as well as in addressing all of our questions and concerns.

Kudos to OPO Health for having such a wonderful nurse in their roster.
